Alaska Raceway Park is gearing up for another exciting season—and we’re looking for great people to join our team.

Since 1964, the track has been a place where families, racers, and fans come together. It takes a dedicated crew behind the scenes to make race day happen, and every role plays a part in creating the experience our community knows and loves.

We’re currently hiring for a variety of positions, including tech inspectors, safety and track crew, concessions and food & beverage, bartenders, timing and scoring, and even a content creator to help tell the story of the season.

Whether you’re greeting guests at the gate, helping keep racers safe and organized, or working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment where no two days are the same.

We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, and want to be part of something bigger than just a job. The pay may not make you rich—but the experience, the people, and the atmosphere are hard to beat.
