Tixr User Ease FanGuide
As we approach the 2025 season, Tixr has provided a new-user ease fan guide to allow all of you to transition to Tixr as easily as possible! We are so excited to use Tixr this year, and we hope you are too!
Please refer to the instructions below for assistance in accessing your tickets and bookmark it for future reference!
- Visit Tixr.com from your computer.
- Once on the site, select the log-in icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Enter the email address and password used to purchase your tickets.
- After logging in, head to the "Wallet" section where you'll find your tickets.
- Here you can view your tickets and download/print your PDF tickets to be ready to scan at entry.
Pro Tip: Add your tickets to your digital wallet to avoid needing to print them and needing cell phone coverage at the venue.
